5/4/98  Layered Rhubarb dessert  4 cups cut up rhubarb
1 cup sugar
3-ounce pkg. strawberry or rasberry jello
1 package Jiffy cake mix
1 cup water
1/4 cup melted margarine  Put  the rhubarb in a 9x13 or 8x12 pan.
Put the sugar over the fruit, then the dry jello.
Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the top.
Pour the water over all, then drizzle the margarine on top.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. 
Serve with Cool Whip or Ice Cream.  Elfrieda Postma  
